STORE POLICIES

Return & Refund Policy

All items in our store are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Color differences due to screen display
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Shipping delays outside our control

However, if your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Misprinted
  • Incorrect item received

We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.

To request a replacement or refund:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the problem

If approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement, OR
  • Issue a full refund

You do not need to return the defective item.

Incorrect Address

If you provide an incorrect address and the order is returned, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you.
